Material Entry
Our production process begins with high-purity aluminum raw materials. The material entry consists of carefully sourced aluminum raw materials from selected suppliers.
Melting and Casting
The high-purity aluminum raw materials are melted in high-tech melting furnaces and alloyed, then cast into semi-finished products using a continuous slab and continuous casting system.
Cooling and Shaping
The semi-finished slabs and coils are cold-rolled and pass through various processes to become finished products.
Quality Control
At every stage of production, our products go through strict quality control processes. In our laboratory, optical and mechanical tests ensure the durability and quality of the products.
Packaging and Storage
Our products are safely packaged and stored in high-quality, eco-friendly packaging. This step ensures that the products reach customers securely and without damage.
